During my time at Desert Door, I partnered with an external email marketing contractor to lead the transition from Mailchimp to Klaviyo—using the platform shift as a strategic opportunity to level up our email marketing efforts. Together, we redefined customer segmentation, built out automated flows, and developed a modular library of templates tailored to key customer touchpoints.

We launched engaging campaigns that included personalized welcome emails, seasonal newsletters with cocktail recipes, exclusive event invitations, and product launch announcements. With Klaviyo’s robust analytics and automation tools, we delivered more targeted, timely messaging—driving stronger engagement and deeper brand loyalty.
