At Made In, I owned our organic social presence from start to finish—developing the voice, building the content strategy, and bringing it to life across every touchpoint. I collaborated closely with brand, creative, and PR teams to ensure social aligned with larger marketing goals and felt cohesive across channels.

Key Contributions:

- Grew Instagram from 33K to 100K by leading content strategy, creative direction, and community management

- Created and launched social-first series like Behind the Design and Team Dinner—an IG Live series during COVID that featured 30+ chefs (including Tom Colicchio and Lucas Sin) and earned over 80K views

- Produced and designed all social content—from high-performing product drops to quick-turn memes, video, and campaign support

- Tracked and reported on performance using Sprout Social, Planoly, and native tools—tying social and PR efforts to measurable earned media value
