With guidance from our CEO and Director of Performance Marketing, I spearheaded the launch of Made In’s influencer marketing program—turning what started as a test channel into a key growth lever for the brand. From strategy to execution, I built the foundation for a scalable, revenue-driving program that blended performance with authentic creator partnerships.
Key Contributions:
- Collaborated with executive leadership to design and launch the paid influencer program, which went on to generate $717K+ in revenue with an average order value of $189
- Created and maintained a robust influencer database of 500+ creators across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LTK—targeting niche audiences aligned with our customer base
- Owned creative briefing and content development process, ensuring on-brand storytelling across every platform
- Earned over 10MM views on social through influencer activations in 2022
- Implemented internal systems to streamline influencer workflows, giving stakeholders full visibility into campaign progress and deliverables
- Worked closely with micro and macro creators across wellness, cooking, and fitness—collaborating with talent such as @thedefineddish, @serenagwolf, @sad_papi, and @owen.han
